I'm a finance leader (FCMA CGMA). I've spent my career building FP&A functions and business partnering teams that actually influence decisions, not just report on them after the fact.

I've worked across some very different businesses: technology, retail, media, and critical national infrastructure. Wherever I've been, it's come down to the same thing. Better planning, better data, and a finance function that earns its seat in the room because of the thinking it brings, not just the numbers it produces.

I combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach. I like operating at pace, in high-growth environments, where finance plays a central role in shaping strategy, not just tracking it.
